Kidan Medical offers telehealth video visits in Indianapolis, IN. Home visits and telehealth are how we see patients, new and established alike. Consistent, thorough care, no waiting room required.
Kidan Medical's use of remote patient monitoring technology and telehealth, in conjunction with the good old fashioned house call, keeps patients out of the hospital and cared for wherever getting to an office is hardest: recovering from an illness, managing a chronic condition, juggling work and kids, or dealing with limited mobility.
Kidan Medical is proud to be an industry leader and a model of excellence for in-home primary care, serving the state of Indiana. We combine uniquely patient-centric medical care with an old-world human touch that is getting hard to find these days.
It can be difficult to get to the office when you're homebound, recovering from an illness, or managing a chronic condition. That's why we bring the visit to you: the same hands-on primary care you'd get in an exam room, without the trip. Home visits are covered by insurance and available to patients across the Indianapolis area.
Our care team coordinates your home visits, telehealth calls, and any office-based care together, so nothing gets lost between visits and no one has to re-explain their history to someone new.
Ask About a Home VisitWe know caregivers carry a lot too. We're glad to loop in family members on what's going on and help you find the outside support you need, not just treat the patient in isolation.
A lot of practices treat telehealth as an afterthought, something offered for quick follow-ups once you're already an established patient. That's not how we use it. Home visits and telehealth are our primary way of seeing patients, including brand-new patients.
You'll get the same attention to your history and your goals as an in-person visit, and leave with an actual plan, not a rushed call. No app to download, no account to create. We send a secure link; you click it at your appointment time.
Call 317-760-5319 or book online for a telehealth slot that works for you. There's no separate new-patient paperwork to complete beforehand, we'll cover what we need during the visit itself.
A few minutes before your visit, we'll text you a secure, one-time video link. No app to download and no account to create, just tap it from your phone or computer when it's time.
Join the call and talk through what's going on directly with your provider. You'll get the same clinical depth as an in-person visit, and leave with an actual plan.
A few things Indiana requires of every telehealth visit, and a few things we just think you deserve to know.
Before your visit starts, your provider states their name and license and confirms you're physically located in Indiana at the time of the call, which state law requires for telehealth care. If anyone else is in the room with you, just let us know; a telehealth conversation isn't private if it can be overheard.
We review your history, discuss what's going on, and talk through the risks, benefits, and options, including whether your situation is actually better suited to an in-person or home visit instead.
We'll call or text to reconnect or get you rescheduled. A bad connection doesn't end your visit, it just changes how we finish it.
You'll receive a visit summary covering what was discussed and any prescriptions issued, plus clear instructions for follow-up care.
If something needs a hands-on exam, we'll get you scheduled for a home visit instead, just ask when you book.
Sick Visits. Cold, flu, sinus infections, minor illness: most can be assessed and treated without an in-person exam.
Chronic Disease Management. Diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, and asthma check-ins to review how your numbers and symptoms are trending.
Prescription Management. Renewals and medication adjustments, sent directly to your pharmacy before you log off.
Lab Result Reviews. We walk through every result with you in plain English and build a plan around what we find, same as in person.
Follow-Up Care. Checking in after a diagnosis, a new medication, or a recent illness to make sure things are on track.
No. We send a secure video link to your phone or email before your appointment. Click it at your visit time and you're connected, no account, download, or password required.
New patients are welcome. Home visits and telehealth are how we see all patients, new and established alike, not just follow-ups.
Most major insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare cover telehealth visits the same way they cover an in-office visit. We'll verify your benefits before your appointment. Self-pay rates are also available.
We offer home visits for situations that call for a hands-on exam. Call us or mention it when booking and we'll arrange one.
Sick visits, chronic disease management, prescription renewals, mental wellness check-ins, lab result reviews, and general follow-up care are all well-suited to telehealth. Anything requiring a physical exam, we'll schedule as a home visit instead.
New or established, we're seeing patients now, no waiting room, no drive, just real care from wherever you are.
