Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 2026. Our commitment to making this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

Kidan Medical is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe that access to clear information about your health and your care should not depend on the device or assistive technology you use.

Standard We Aim For

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most commonly used to measure digital accessibility. This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix, and we continue to review and improve the site as we identify gaps.

What We've Built In

Some of the accessibility measures already reflected on this site:

Known Limitations

Some content on this site is embedded from third parties we don't control, including Google Maps and our patient portal (Elation Health). We can't guarantee these third-party tools meet the same accessibility standard we hold this site to, though we choose vendors that generally follow modern accessibility practices.

Accessibility for Home Visits & Telehealth

Kidan Medical sees patients by telehealth video visit and in-home visit, so accessibility for us means making sure you can reach us and be understood, wherever you are. If you have a mobility need, sensory need, or any other accommodation request, please call us at 317-760-5319 before your visit so we can make sure you're set up for a smooth appointment.

Let Us Know

If you use assistive technology and encounter a barrier on this website, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please tell us. We take these reports seriously and will work to address the issue.
