Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

If you don't have insurance, or you don't plan to use your insurance to pay for your care, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the No Surprises Act.

  • You can ask Kidan Medical for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time.
  • If you schedule an item or service at least 3 business days in advance, we're required to give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 1 business day of scheduling.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
